T1.1 Management and Coordination (M1-M15)

  • LEAD: SSST
  • Management and day-today activities.
  • Coordination of partners’ activities and communication channels organization.
  • Organization of kick-off and PMB meetings, preparing minutes.
  • Preparation of Reports to the funding agency.
  • Monitoring Project activities and reporting to the PMB.
  • Practical financial aspects, distribution of funds to the partners, support to partners in managing accounting.
  • Preparation and submission of Interim and final financial reports
  • Evaluation of difficulties and develop contingency plans
  • Providing technical facilities for Project implementation

T1.2 Assessment on existing study programs (M1-M2)

  • Lead: UM
  • Assessment of the study programs in VRP: existing policies, local constraints, state of the art, guidelines and best practice in order to acquire an update on the field.
  • Partners involved:  UM, PEU, AFAD, SSST

T1.3 Analysis of job possibilities (M2-M3)

  • LEAD: Digi.ba
  • Analysis of relevant existing industry, employment status, employment perspectives, competencies and skills needed.
  • Analysis of start-up possibilities and constrains.
  • Partners involved: DIGI.BA, PEU, AFAD, SSST, UM

T1.4 Recruitment (M3-M4)

  • LEAD: SSST
  • Definition of parameters and needed education in order to select students who offer the best guarantee of success in learning and becoming immediately able to enter the job market.
  • Information related to the characteristics, content and job possibilities of the new Master study program that reach students, institutions, enterprises.
  • Partners involved: SSST, UM, PEU, AFAD

T1.5 Joint programme design and integrated teaching/training activities (M4-M11)

  • LEAD: SSST
  • Collaboration between partners institutions on a joint study programme leading to a joint degree.
  • All partner institutions are responsible for the entire programme and not justtheir own separate parts.
  • ECTS credits and students’ workload.
  • Partners involved: SSST, UM, PEU, AFAD, DIGI.BA

T1.6. Common services offered to students (M11-M12)

  • LEAD: PEU
  • (e.g. language courses, visa support)
  • Information will be available on cost of living, accommodation, health care, student life, social activities and leisure time, transportation, safety; common services from all
    partners will be planned and implemented such as student tutor, assistance for Visa and residence permit, orientation programme, availability of language courses,
    academic support, guidance for migrants.

T1.7 Joint promotion and awareness-raising strategy (M4-M5)

  • LEAD: SSST
  • A joint web-site will provide necessary information to prospective students including course content, selection criteria, application modalities, calendar, funding possibilities, job opportunities.
  • An awareness campaign will be planned and implemented based upon Social media, multichannel marketing strategies, virtual awareness events, partnerships with other local organizations.
  • Partners involved: SSST, UM, PEU, AFAD, DIGI.BA

T1.8. Joint administrative and financial management by the consortium (M7-M8)

  • LEAD: SSST
  • Administrative and financial aspects of the study programme will be jointly managed by the PMB and administered by the COO in accordance with agreed procedure.
  • Partners involved:  SSST,  UM, PEU, AFAD, DIGI.BA

T1.9. Joint degree policy (M12-M13)

  • LEAD: AFAD
  • A joint degree is delivered as a single diploma issued by at least two of the institutions offering the integrated study programme
  • Partners involved:  SSST, UM, PEU, AFAD

T1.10. A draft joint partnership agreement (M10-M11)

  • LEAD: SSST
  • This agreement is intended to cover all academic, operational, administrative and financial aspects related to the implementation of the Master programme, regulating also the partners’ responsibilities.
  • Partners involved: SSST, UM, PEU, AFAD, DIGI.BA

T1.11. A draft joint Student Agreement (M12-M13)

  • LEAD: UM
  • An Agreement will regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the Consortium and the Student in every aspect according to the study programme within the calendar defined by the partner institutions. It will concern admission, financial aspects, partners commitments, attendance and assessments, modification of the contract and dispute resolution

T1.12. Evaluation of the study programme (M13-M15)

  • LEAD: AFAD
  • The study programme will meet the standards in Framework for Qualifications of European Higher Education Area and the requirements of national qualification frameworks.
  • The evaluation will be planned defining aims, choosing the evaluation method, following up delivering results to planning and implementation stages.
  • Partners involved: SSST, UM, PEU, AFAD

T1.13.Dissemination (M14-M15)

  • LEAD: PEU
  • A working group will be appointed in order to coordinate and implement relevant activities of the WP.
  • The plan will describe production and dissemination of materials related to project’s activities and results (web site, Facebook campaign, Twitter, LinkedIn, brochures), with special focus at Study program and its projection towards the job market.
  • Partners involved: SSST, UM,  PEU, AFAD

T1.14 Visibility (M14-M15)

  • LEAD: DIGI.ba
  • The project web site will be realized along with a procedure in order to have materials to keep the project web site up to date with the current activities.
  • Informative material, use of social media, media campaign, presentations in organized events, meetings will be prepared and held, while material will be distributed following
    the Dissemination plan.
  • Partners involved: SSST, UM, PEU, AFAD, DIGI.BA

T1.15. Communication and interaction with enterprises (M6-M7)

  • LEAD: Digi.ba
  • A web portal will be established as channel of communication between the partners and relevant industry: the flow of information will allow Master study graduates to be in contact with industry and their needs of hiring proper professionals; on the other side industries will be informed on education and professionalism of graduates.
